Xbox 360 Phat RGH 1.2 Send-In

This is a send-in service for your Xbox 360 phat (Falcon or Jasper Motherboards). Not the newer slim or "e" model. If you are unsure which console you have, please reach out for assistance.

The shipping address will be provided upon completion of the order.

Please ensure you package your items so they do not get damaged.

The postage cost covers the return postage to you, Royal Mail tracked 48-hour.

Please ensure you include your name, address and order number inside the box, or your service may be delayed.

We aim to get these done in 3-4 days.

Please note that on very rare occasions, the consoles may not survive being dismantled, despite the utmost care taken with every job we carry out. We cannot be held liable in such cases. You will be notified immediately should this happen, and you will be offered a refund or a voucher for the service, but the shipping is non-refundable.

We use matrix v1 chips on all phat consoles. We are meticulous with our wire routing and always do multiple test boots using different timing files to ensure the best results! Most consoles will instaboot most of the time; however, please do not expect the same results and consistency with these as you would an RGH3 slim or a retail console.

You will be provided a backup of your NAND from Jrunner on completion of the job.
